    Lowest recoil 12ga shells

Looking for suggestions on the lowest recoil 12ga shells one can buy. I'm talking powder-puff, mouse farts here for training small stature newbies who are scared of shotguns. Thanks.

Aquila makes 1/2 size 12ga shells, they don't feed perfect, but are the lowest you can go

I think Winchester makes a low noise/low recoil round.

          Found it

Those Winchester AA Low Recoils are nice. Makes a 12gauge kick like a 20.
Also RST makes light loads, but they're pricey.

I hope you're not using them in an autoloader.

If you are going for slugs or buck the RIO low recoil made in Spain. Shoots very nice and has the least recoil I have felt from slugs and buck.

Winchester Featherlite AA...get them in #8 and you will have very low recoil.

If you have access to a 28ga, they have "negative" recoil

Remington low recoil 00 buck is great.

                        How about a 410g insert, and a 20g insert?

I used these when showing women and children how to use my 870. Works great! The box says it only has 50% recoil of normal birdshot - all I know is that it's really light. Would not cycle in my friend's Beretta 3901 at all but works fine in the pump guns. I bought it from Turner's.

They are still 1200 feet per second.
