    Remington 870 Express Tactical

Bought a 870 express tactical. Did I make a good choice. Looks like a really nice gun.

Sure, put a couple of hundred rounds thru it. They run like clockwork.

I have had mine for about 2 years now without any problems. I think the 870 express tactical model is good to go.

I know the Rem vs moss discussion is like Chevy vs ford and has been asked over and over, but I too am comparing the 870 tactical to the moss 590a1 blackwater, anyone have both and can comment on it?

Yes, you made a great purchase. Used by LEO's for a reason!

I pick mine up on the 28th. Luckily my range is also a gun store with some of the best prices in town! I was able to put 50 rounds of bird shot and 5 slugs through her already!

My uncle has had one for 20 years, shoots it regularly. Had to treat myself!

Nice purchase, you have nothing to worry about. When I had my Remy she was a pleasure to shoot. Never jammed or gave me any issues at all.

The Remington 870 I used back in the late 60's and early 70's for weapons qualification as an AZ Air National Guard Law Enforcement Specialist is a good shotgun. We used 00 buck for ammunition. Mainly for confrontation management/riot control duties. Especially after the Kent State incident involving the Ohio National Guard.
