Dros'ed my first shot gun

Managed to get a mossberg 500 persuader, 20" barrel 7+1. On sale at big 5 for 319. I live in Lodi and they were out but I was able to get them to call Tracey and hold it till I got there, pick her up New Year's Day...good way to start the new year.

Plan on picking up a 100 pack of bird, and probably about 30 or so of buck shot and beat up my shoulder

Congrats Slipknot on your new M500-persuader! Is that full stock or pistol grip? I just bought M500-Persuader/Cruiser 18.5" parkerized full stock w/pistol grip kit incl, got it on-line, pickup next thur. Price about same since i had to pay ffl fee $30.

I hope i get one with smooth pump action, the couple i checked out in stores were not too smooth.
