    Need Barrel

    Hello everyone,
I have inherited a 1979 Browning Citori trap gun from my uncle. From what I have heard, he changed it from an O/U to a unisingle. I would like to put an O/U back on it for doubles or international trap. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find an O/U barrel? Browning does not sell barrels. Thanks for the help. Merry Christmas.

This guy should be able to help you find a set of barrels for your Citori. He specializes in Brownings.

Thank you. I will check with arts gun shop. I did check with Corsons, they don't have any. He did say to keep checking back as they get barrels all the time.

        Thanks for the help.

          Hi Dave -

if you haven't already - place a WTB ad on trapshooters.com and see if anyone on there has one - good luck and Merry Christmas as well

            Good idea!

I'd also suggest placing a WTB ad(free) on the shotgunworld.com website under O/U classifieds

Thank you both for the advice. I will try both places. Going trap shooting on Saturday. Can't wait to shoot this gun. Hope I can do as good as my uncle. He was great. Thanks again for the help.

my friend had a citori with 26'' barrel, he talked to browning about buying a 28'' or 30'' and they told him the barrel would have to be hand fitted to the reciever and would be better off jusrt buying another gun
