    Question: Vepr 12 folding stock

Hi folks, I'm looking for a better stock for my 'Viper 12'. I think a folding stock would be awesome on such weapon. It should satisfy both barrel length (18") and overall length (26") CA DOJ requirements (folded). But, would addition of such stock make it an assault SG, as rules say that having both pistol grip and collapsible/folding stock on semi auto SG make it an assault SG. I do have bullet button installed, and I remember seeing semi auto Benellis with AR type collapsible stock. Please, tell me what you think/know. Thanks in advance.

I don't think in California you can have any folding/collapsible stock in a semi auto mag fed shotgun no matter what the OAL is. It's illegal.

no folding or collapsiable stocks on semi autos in ca, on my S12 i had a pinned stock, then i swapped to an Ace stock that i made work on a shot shock so it has the skeleton look.
