    Beretta Extreme A400 Optifade Marsh

Picked this up. I'll make another post about it once it gets some use out in the field.

Semi-auto 12 gauge shotgun that features a recoil reducing system in the stock and coated in a nice rust resistant finish.

This is the first semi auto shotgun I've owned. Always had pump shotguns; Remington 870's and Mossberg 500's.

Got my sitka wader jacket earlier than expected too. Might go out there as early as this Sunday. We'll see.
Broke it down and familiarized myself with it today. Also lubed it because it was it was absolutely bone dry other than tiny trace of lube on the body of the magazine tube, bolt and cam pin.
A little more intricate of a design then the pump action Remingtons and Mossbergs I've used over the years.
That bolt handle has got to go though. Went through the motions with it. Why they would engineer such a nice all around design and skimp out on that is beyond me. Already tearing my hand up on it. I guess the aftermarket has that covered though.
