Im about to get one too, why is the wilson combat ext so popular vs the stock ext tube?

How much was your 870? im debating over which model to get, tactical with the choke, one with the blk hawk stock, or just the basic model.

Also that saddle, i heard another one thats really good star something?

You're probably thinking about the Tacstar..do yourself a favor..spend the extra money and get the Mesa Tactical side saddle and be done with it right the first time!! My .02, but I'm sure AIPPI would agree...

I figured ill start off basic and add on items i really want.
I ordered the mesa side saddle from botach 55$
also spent some $ on some ammo too, 250 rds of 00 buck from PSA that has free ship right now

Is there any noticeable difference from low recoil rds to std 00 buck?

To my knowledge it is simply lower power = less penetration. How much less penetration? I have no clue. We are talking about 12 gauge tho so I'm assuming it wouldn't be that much difference.

I have considered getting one but I'm going to run it as is until I pony up some more cash down the road. I would rather spend the money on ammo and train with it first and foremost.

I have the exact same setup.... but the thing weighs a TON. I may end up taking off the side saddle to cut down on the weight.
