Mossberg 930 SPX With Combat Tactical Bolt Handle

Here are pictures of my Combat Tactical Bolt Handle for the Mossberg 930 SPX that I named The-NOB". The Choate bolt handle is the only other one coming available for the SPX. I didn't like the looks or the profile of their bolt handle. To me the Choate tactical bolt handle is very strange looking. So I decided to design my own and here is what I came up with.

It is machined from solid steel with tighter specs than the factory bolt handle for a snug fit with no rattle. It extends 1.125" from the receiver. The knob is .72" in diameter. It weights 26 grams, not quite an ounce. It has a non-rust very durable matte black bake on ceramic coating. I have a bias opinion but I love mine. It can be made for other shotguns as well like the Remington 11-87

    Tell me what you think.

    Pretty cool.
The only thing I don't like is the coin like knob. I would go for a deeper knob that is knurled for added grip. I think it would snag easy on clothing, etc... with the thin coin type handle on there.

Other than that, cool. I've been looking for extended cocking handles for mine too but no luck so far.

It only looks like it has a thin knob on it in the pictures. The knob is a 1/4" thick. It is rounded inward so it want snag on anything.

      Here is another picture.

I think it looks great. Just curious, how much heavier is it than the stock handle? I'm assuming that the added weight is negligible and doesn't affect the cycling at all.

The stock handle weights 8 grams. The-NOB" tactical bolt handle weights 26 grams, not quite an ounce. It will not affect cycling of the action. If anyone wants to try one for a discount contact me. I Guarantee you will love it.

I have a Nordic bolt knob on my 930, VERY light, and easy to grab.
