    side by side shotgun

I have a .410 side by side that I love to shoot. However, after repeated firing at trap and skeet, the barells are extremely hot as there is not much wood on the forearm. Myself and family are constantly burning our fingers. Any suggestions on a heat shield that will still keep the classy look of an all wood side by side 410?
    Thanks

Do they even make heat shields for SxS?
I've never seen one, but I'm trying to picture one and it doesn't look classy...LOL

      Gloves?

Other option might be leather wrap with some lacing.
'Cuz big holes are easier to see.

You can correct my spelling and grammar error anytime.
I welcome it. How else would I learn.

Yes, there is such a thing as a hand guard for a sxs. These are the best out there.

How about a detachable front pitol grip from an ROMY G KIT. Romanian AKM G home guard rifle. You would install bolt in original fore-end an contour ROMY Front grip to original forend. You would screw on front grip with a 1/4 by 20 thread per inck bolt and all that would show would br the flush bolt when G pistol grip is off. Let me if you need picture or if you like the idea.
