    Double Check On Semi Auto Legality Before I Buy

    New to the site. Looking forward to learning some things and I've been researching a bit on my own.

    I am under the impression that a....
    Semi Automatic
    Smooth Bore
    26.1 Inch Overall / 18 Inch Barrel
    Fixed Magazine
    Fixed stock
    Pistol Grip

    Can have a one thousand round magazine?

    Im thinking about a fixed mag Saiga and thought if I'm going fixed mag I might as well get a big one.

      If you are speaking of a million round magazine that you currently own, or can acquire through legal means, then you are correct. There is not a specific capacity limit for shotguns.
      However, ALL magazines are subject to the import ban.
      Never initiate force against another. That should be the underlying principle of your life. But should someone do violence to you, retaliate without hesitation, without reservation, without quarter, until you are sure that he will never wish to harm - or never be capable of harming - you or yours again.

          Is it legal to make my own magazines?
          What about the legality of making whole shotguns from scratch?
          I can find any info on the import ban, what does it include?
