Why go through all that work to convert an S12 to pump when you could just get a Mossberg 500 AOW and install a Knoxx Sidewinder kit? I realize the Mossberg isn't as cool as the Saiga, but at least you'll have an equally reliable pump with a detachable magazine for probably less money that going the converted S12 route.
