New Citori, should I be worried?

Picked up my Satin Hunter today, and I may have an issue. I'm pretty sure it's only an issue since I put it back together at my house after taking it out of the box, as I would have noticed while inspecting the gun at the shop. The lever to open the action does not lock in the center as it should. The gun locks up tight, but the lever is not centered. If i trip the latch without the barrels in place, it goes straight to the center, so I know it's something with the barrel assembly. Is it just a "new gun" issue that will loosen up with a few hundred rounds, or should I be worried?

    Here's the action locked up

Perfectly normal it will move towards the middle with age. Better question, where did you find a satin hunter? I have been looking for ages.

Thanks, just wanted to check. My other double barrels have always been centered, but none are near as tight as this gun.

Got it at Oak Tree, I guess they sell them pretty fast, mine hadn't hit the shelf yet when I bought it. I was looking at CZs and they mentioned that they had a Satin Hunter, I held it for 12-13 seconds and decided I needed it.

haha, that's dangerous. I've been avoiding picking up the Sig 220 at gun shops. I just might need it. congrats on the new addition!

It won't loosen up until you've run a couple thousand rounds through it.. Even then the lever won't move much toward the center until you've put many more rounds through it..
