For $500? i'd pass

Try to find a Stoeger 2000, its basically a cheap version of the Benelli M2, i've been those for $400-450 before

If it was the older price at $350, the Hatsan is ok...

Got mine about 6 months ago for $379.99 and at that price it was a bargain.

For $500 I might just save a bit more and get a Mossberg 930 instead.

Nonetheless a great bargain semi-auto with a lot of features you'd have to pay a lot more for on any other brand of semi-auto shotgun.

If you get one stay away from the Winchester bulk packs at Wal-mart, they wont cycle this gun 9 times out of 10. The Federal ones are good to go in mine at least.

Oh and blue loctite the top rail screws if you get one, they tend to come out under recoil if they aren't. Someone else said the read sight adjustment screw comes loose as well, havent had that issue but I keep an eye on it nonetheless.
