    New shotgun cleaning?

    I just brought home a new Weatherby SA-08 semi-auto 12 gauge shotgun. Just how much of a "deep cleaning" and lube should I give it before I start regular use? Thanks...

      Congrats on the new SG!
      Just give it a good scrubbing with solvent and brushes after field stripping it.
      Then a normal oiling, nothing special.
