True wealth is time. Time to enjoy life.

Life's journey is not to arrive safely in a well preserved body, but rather to slide in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy schit...what a ride"!!

Sublet the job to a shotgun gunsmith.

Not all parts of the bid you have to do. All so read the dam bid - if you can not provide the service or make a pigs breakfast out of it - the City/Goverment can get the service sone where else and send you the bill.

By hand will usually mean that the installed screw in choke or external choke tube adaptor will be OFF the center line and in tern effect the patterns. If these are expensive compatition trap guns this is a risk you do not want to take. Ruff and tumble police riot guns well who cares - take a sledge hammer to them while you read a copy of MADD magazine.

The only sane way is a lath - with an experinced lath operator - knowing the exact barrel/bore spec for that gun. This is the only safe exact way to do it. Today chambers (US manufacture) are very standardized, but bore - barrell wall thickness - original choke and choke forcing cones can vary - A LOT. A gap between the screw in choke tube or adaptor of .000? can make the pattern worse than the factory set up.

Three of the chaptors in this book - one screw choke install - outside adaptor chokes - changing and tuning original choke that is alreday in shotgun.

I know - I know - I have hyped this book too much. This guy need to read it before he puts his SCHVANTZ SchTEUKKER in a vice and have the purchacing department thighten it up for him!!!!
