I went to the range today and shot a couple of my cousins guns. Today was the first time shooting a Shotgun and that thing kicks pretty good. Got some tiny bruises on my shoulder from it. I wonder if the Benelli M4 has less recoil than the SPX.

✟ In the beginning was the 1911, and the 1911 was THE pistol, and it was good. And behold the Lord said, "Thou shalt not muck with my disciple John's design for it is good and it workith. The Benelli kicks harder....a LOT harder, because it's inertia operated vs the SPX is gas operated. I have both..the SPX is tame compared to the Benelli.Comment

My "Bad"...had a M1 Super 90 tactical...thought Benelli kept with the same theme of inertia operation for low maintenance and reliability.Originally posted by jessegpresleyThe Benelli M4 is gas operated.Comment
