Yeah, i really want the ghost ring sights, but i am not sure if there is a way to put them on after market.

If you find a way, let me know about it. The bead doesn't impress me much...

yep, those are ghost rings. If you want to add them to your shotgun, you will most likely need to have the holes drilled and tapped to install them. They need to be lined up correctly. See a good smith in your area, unless you're mechanically inclined. You can usually get the Ghost rings from a mossberg dealer, they have conversion kits http://www.mossberg.com/acatalog/conversions.htm
