Need help with a Stevens 320 reassembly

    Need help with a Stevens 320 reassembly

    I'm having a difficult time properly reassembling the firing pin, this is what it looks like now

    The firing pin when rotated back doe not protrude, any suggestions?

    Not quite sure about your description.

    The front portion of the bolt rotates into the body, then the firing pin should be pushed forward to protrude.

      Thanks, now I'm having issues inserting the bolt in to the receiver.

        I'm having the same issue inserting the slide and bolt into the receiver. Were you able to get yours in and if you did how did you do it.

        I'm freakin frustrated with the shotgun and I haven't even shot it yet.

        Any help would be appreciated.

          It seems that the shock needs to come off and then the trigger guard pin needs to be punced out. This will allow the trigger guard to pull out. Now you can insert the bolt and slide.
          I was able to find this video on YouTube. It walks you through the reassembly.
