Miss 870 finally made it home

Thanks to mr bjkearns I now have a shot gun to add to the collection and the night stand.

Fresh out of the pin with the tag still on her, but she's home.

I'll probably get better pics up soon.






Going to be my little project gun. Probably going to try a #4 matte black duracoat finish on her add a tac light and go back to the factory stock. But I'm going to tr her out how she sits for a little while and see how I like it and go from there. Already ordered the side saddle and waiting to pop it on maybe opt for a 2nd barrel for skeet/trap even tho I can never hit a single dam one! But that's pretty much my goals as of now and hopefully she comes out perfect. And not to mention the action is smooth as a MF really supposed me.

Mine doesn't like Fed brand cheap low brass bird-shot but

for an extra $1.22 per case of 100 it eats the Rem brand cheap low brass fine.

The symptom was not wanting to eject. Pump was like all locked up.

Shoots EVERYthing else just fine.

I agree on dumping the stock. Im not big on the Knox. Maybe a factory pistol grip stock or speed feed.

Nothing at all wrong with the Knoxx. If you know how to shoot it, it performs as advertised. I have one on an 870 and like it a lot.

To be honest I hate where the safety is with the Knoxx stock.. and love the look of the factory stock (Simple is better to me).. But like the collapsibility of the knoxx and the recoil reducing part.

But engaging that safety is a bi*** with the knoxx..
