    Shotshell retaining device

Looking for a retaining device for shotshells that have been fired (trap shooting). I've several semi autos of different brands and models, tired of using rubber bands and having to re-adjust them. Any recommendations?

    Read this.

Friend of mine bought a a300 outlander for his son to start shooting. Does anyone know of a good shell catcher that he can pick up for this model. I have looked online and could not find one that clips to the receiver.

Thanks Bob, looks like I was on the right track. I did see the Carlson offer, but kinda hesitant about the sticky tape. I did have one that clipped on the ejection port and I was really pleased with it. Where it is, who knows . Maybe when it's found I'll have it buried with me, unless I choose to be roasted.

I've only seen the ones that use sticky tape.

Here's some that clip on the ejection port. They're a little pricey compared to the sticky tapeones.

Thanks Bob. Two (the 11-87 and the old A5 (my son looked up the serial number on the Browning website and told me it was made in the 40s). The oddball is my Weatherby in 20 gauge. I 'won' it in a raffle. I function tested it with three rounds but that's it. I wanted to pass it on to my granddaughters. We'll see how that goes.

Thanks Bob. Placed the order with the guy and since he wasn't sure about the Weatherby, he would throw it in no charge. Just asked for a picture of it installed (I guess to market it).
