IIRC, the 1300 is discontinued and its decendent is the winchester sxp. It looks like the same design, speed pump, rotary bolt that locks into the barrel extension etc. IIRC, the gun is made in Turkey.

fn owns winchester and i think they are using that name just for bolt and lever guns now

their fn tactical shotgun is basically a 1300

I have a 1200 Defender.

They stopped making that line some time ago which is sad because they were damn fine shotguns.

Auction Arms and GunBroker list them for sale frequently. Older one's can be had for the low $200's with the stainless Marine models at around $800, depending on condition.
