Recommend a sling for Tac Shotgun

Could I get a recommendation for a tactical shotgun sling?

I'm looking for a two-point. The gun bounces around too much with single points. I'm an old married man and all I really remain in control of are the family jewels - I don't need them whacked by a 8 pound shotgun.

I have an 870P, wood furniture, with the sling plate at the end of the mag tube and another GG&G receiver end plate. I've tried the VTAC padded sling and it doesn't work. The gun sits too low, the adjustment slider is halfway up my back, the padding runs up my back instead of over my shoulder, etc. I have similar problems with the Magpul MS2.

I'm not a big fan of adding a ton of webbing to the rear of the stock, so the Specter stuff is out and I don't really like the idea of webbing wrapping around the wrist of the gun, either.

I haven't tried one on a shotgun, but he Savvy Sniper sling comes highly recommended!

what about the standard spectre 3 point slings? that is what i'm considering. works well on my ar platform attached in similar locations so i figure it would work on the shotgun too.

Magpul MS2 single or 2 point. best of both

Talk to Zac at Sandstorm. www.sandstormcustomrifleslings.com. He's a member and can custom make you whatever you would like in braided synthetic paracord for not very much money. If you want it changed or adapted after you use it a few times, he'll take it back, make adjustments or tell you how you can if it's simple enough. He's great to work with.

I am all about the Vickers (Viking Tactics or Blue Force) Padded 2-Point Adjustable Tactical Slings for both carbines and shotguns. You will want a side carry mount up front to get the most out of it. Midwest Industries, Blackhawk, GG&GAZ and all kinds of other brands make affordable front side carry mounts for Remington and Mossberg shotguns.

This was just a cheap range toy, but you can see the GG&G AZ front side carry sling mount I was talking about. Kept the shotgun at the perfect angle. Could just let it go and transition to sidearm without fear of it turning me into a soprano. I also used a rear nylon top carry sling adapter (also from Viking Tactics). The sling is not pictured unfortunately.

Blue Force (makers of the Vicker slings) are in Georgia, they are American made and not too bad. However, you will not be able to customize them the way Sandstrom straps can since even a custom order over there is less costly than a factory product.
