Legality questions for MOssberg 930 SPX

Hello, I'm new in the world of shotguns. I'm curious if a Remington 870 butt stock would fit into a mossberg 930 spx. Also what are the laws with folding butt stock, is it legal to have a folding butt stock with the mossberg 930 spx? What is the round capacity for this shotgun? Please contact via PM or on the post would be great. Thanks in advance for your valued comments and shared knowledge.

Click "Flowcharts & OLL Assembly Guide" toward the top of this page. Then click "CA Shotgun Ban ID Flowchart." Step through the flowchart from beginning to end with your shotgun configuration to see for yourself if it is legal.

In short though, folding stocks are legal, pistol grips are legal, but it is illegal to have both on the same semi-auto shotgun at the same time.

The round capacity for this shotgun is listed on their website:

You can't put a folder on a Mossberg 930 anyway - or most other semi-auto shotguns besides the Saiga 12 - for the same reason yo can't put a folder on an AR-15: the recoil spring tube is in the way.
