Got to handle a Kel-tec KSG today

So today for the first time I got to play with a really KSG. Im pretty impressed, It doesn't feel like a normal Kel-tec piece of cheap plastic. It was nice and sturdy smooth action. Smoother or just as smooth as any 870. I can't wait to get one..

If you get one, don't put a vfg on it.

I'm very glad to hear this! I really want to play with one and see how well it's made, because it seems that that is the only thing keeping most people from using one in an HD type role.

Question: Did the action feel nice and tight like a $600+ shotgun should? Or did it feel loose and floppy like a Mossberg 500?

Don't say you weren't warned if/when the rail breaks(it's happened before).

I'd give Keltec a try if those were in the $500-$600 range. To me nothing Keltec is worth $1K+

have to field test the thing before i can jump to a conclusion if it's worth it or not. BTW , i'd rather wait till the prices go down, otherwise it aint worth if it's above $600

It best compare it, It was just as tight and smooth as my 800 dollar border patrol.
