This thing has been hanging on the wall for a little over twenty years. It had some dust bunnies in the barrel and the take down assembly is a slight bit loose, otherwise the action seems sound. Cosmetically this thing is haggard. The butt stock is cracked and the plate broke in half (looks like it was dropped upright onto a rock). The front grip is in good shape, but the rust all over is making me sad.
I know it's not worth a lot, but I would still like to partially restore it. Nothing shinny and nothing aftermarket. I plan on just using some oil, a rag and some elbow grease. As for the stock, I am not having much luck finding quality used parts.
If anyone has a line on parts or a better idea for taking the rust down w/o making it shiny please let me know.

Sorry, the cameras date is off by 1 year
