    Remington Model 870 Extended Forearm

I am looking for an extended forearm for my 870 police magnum. I would like the forearm to extend alot closer to the receiver. I notice the 887 nitromag has a forearm that extends back.

I know Remington makes a youth model forend and stock; however, I am looking for a long tactical forearm.

    Thanks.

A "tactical" forend will normally be shorter. It will extend up to, just over or just in front of the receiver.

If you want a longer forend, the factory field forend will work. You can probably get one from someone upgrading to a SureFire forend, for free or close to it. Or try a Hogue forend, if you want something fancy.
