I brought so extended choke for my citori and they are touching each other at the tip, will that affect my shooting? What if the other choke is longer than the other?

If the chokes are the same length touching each other shouldn't matter unless the gun gets hot.
If the chokes are different lengths the pattern of the shorter choke may be slightly affected because as the wad opens it may hit the longer choke. The wad begins to open and the lead spreads as soon as it leaves the choke. Check it on a patterning board to see how much, if any.Jack
