    Semi auto shotgun problem.....HELP

I bought a ati semi auto a few months ago and didnt use it till about a month later. So to start off i when i first shot it , it did not cycle the new round or extract the casing. so after too kit back to turners and the guys disassembled it and it should be fine. went back and still it did the same so after a few 100 round it started to cycle alright but after 30 rds it went back to its original problems. Does anyone have one of these or could help with it?

did you clean it,, did you lube it, what brand of ammo are you using. some semi's usually need a break in period. 200 rounds of high bass shotshells. If your using Winchester Universal from Walmart STOP IT.

I concur with prc77, lube the bolt sled, bolt, walls where bolt slides against. Same thing was happening to me on my 930 SPX and after lubing it was all good. Have fun out there and be safe!

Throw a hundred or so heavier rounds down range. Slugs and buck shot shoukd work fine. If you want to try bird shot, get some Federal that says 1 1/4 oz. Those should cycle fine for break in. You can get those at Walmart too and are about $10 for a box if 25.
