looks pretty good, gives you that quality but not fancy(bling) feeling.

Anyway, shouldered it and it fits great. I did the trick Lou taught us, closed my eyes, bring up the gun, and bam, fiber red dot was right there.
Oh, cool. Places are stocking them already, huh? Was it the SL or L? I'm guessing "L" since ti's not that fancy What are your dimensions, if you don't mind me asking? Wonder if it would fit a 5'3 guy like me. I think I do fine with a length of pull of 14 1/2" but I'm not sure.

      it was a "L". I'm 5'9".

To be honest, I'm pretty torn. The sales guy actually tried to talk me out of it and towards a used semi. An excellent condition Browning Sporting Clay with 30" ported barrel. The gold engraving on it made me drool.

To top it off, I don't even need another shotgun...sigh.

Talking about the 625 sporting clays? I don't blame ya then haha, looks real nice. I'm going to have to egg you on to buy either of the two Well, I guess you could wait for a sporting model of the Franchi.

Nope, not the 625. It was a semi automatic, but same gold engraving. The semi was only $1150 used.

I'm kinda stuck in a weird position. I want to shoot more clays, and don't actually think I should buy anything before learning to shoot better with my 870. But none of my friends have longer barrels to shoot skeet with me. Which leads to the biggest reason why I want a 2nd shotgun, so I can loan them my 28" 870 barrel.

Anyway, I've shot some top of the line semi (Super Sport) and O/U (Ceasar G). and I loved both. it's gonna be hard trying to decide which route to go. Especially when I have no real experience.
