Just got done watching a 4 part series on YouTube from user mars1952. Not sure what is going on, but he makes your product looks like absolute junk. Would love to hear the OEM thoughts on the issue. Also, any literature or specs on the CA version?

Hello Vette, thanks for looking into the 1216 and giving feedback.

First, please don't let one review video tarnish your opinion of the 1216. You can youtube any weapon and find people having problems with them. Our positive reviews and feedback far outweigh the negative.

We haven't pinpointed exactly why he was having these issues. It could have been the ammo (we include a letter explaining that the lighter/cheaper shells don't work well with the 1216), could have been the lack of cleaning, some parts on the weapons or other possibilities.

One important thing to note is that we worked hard at trying to satisfy him. I'm not sure there are many gun manufacturers that would follow through with repairs and customer service like we have.

Aside from that, the 1216 and our line of other models are constantly evolving and being improved on. We take customer feedback and suggestions seriously. This is why I'm here and on pretty much every other forum in the gun industry.

I was really impressed with the level of service, not many companies left that will do 3+ send backs with additional free stuff to compensate! I had figured/hoped that it was something HE was doing to make it look so sloppy.
