Functional Saiga 12 muzzle break choice??

I'm Looking for a saiga12 muzzle break that will actually work in reducing felt recoil. My saiga 12 kicks more than I would like it to. Without a muzzle device during 3 gun competitions it makes it harder for followup shots on target. I just started looking for one, but it seems like most are built for fashion not function. Most look like they are just trying to make the muzzle attachments look evil. Hey calgunners please share your knowledge and experience with the muzzle breaks/ comps you have used.

Here is a pic of my 3 gun competition gear.

the best most functional brake would be a mid barrel break, the screw on brakes don't really make a ton of difference, i've shot my s12 with and without the screw on brake with almost no felt difference.
5.56: reach out and touch someone.
458 SOCOM: reach out and knock someone down.

      check out www.kingarmory.com
I have one of their KA1212's on my Moss 500, I have found that it does help with reducing muzzle flip.

          Other recoil reduction option.

I have a Siaga like yours, while I have yet to get a muzzle brake, I bought a slip on pad from Solar Tactical at a gunshow, they are one of the vendors on this site.

The slip on recoil pad really has made a difference in felt recoil, cost around 20 dollars.

I would say that felt recoil for me has been reduced by at least 30 percent.
Before the recoil was kinda brutal, now it is reasonably tolerable.

Like many of us, I am slowly building my Saiga into a full blown ZOMBIE killer.

I had the JT engineering muzzle brake on mine. It reduced the recoil by at least 50% (guestimating of course...it worked very well). They run around 100 bucks.
