buying from Aimpro? turnaround time?

Looking to buy into their tri rail for the SPX930. Called them to try to ask what their turnaround time is but the operator tells me their help is always busy.

I know they have an online shopping site.

Have you guys bought directly from them? Whats the usual turnaround time?
