    Sling for 870P

Can anyone tell me what size sling I need for an 870P. It has the swivel studs and I will get the Uncle Mike's QD attachments. Do I need a 48" or 72"? Thanks

What sling s are you looking at? 72" seems really long for a shotgun.
sigpicIf you loan someone twenty dollars and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

Just the plain Uncle Mike's. It comes in 48" or 72".

I just bought an adjustable padded hunting sling as the attachment points on a rifle and shotgun are about the same. That seems like a huge size variation.

anyhow, a $29 semi premium generic non-tactical sling turns out to be pretty tactical since it seems to always keep the SG held how I want it and the pad lends a small amount of weight to keep the belt away from the gun when you are using it.
