Next Purchase - Shotgun or Pistol

So I have a pump shotgun and a rifle, which I find both great fun to shoot, and useful if needed.

Eventually I want a Saiga 12 AND a pistol just for fun, but I don't find pistols as useful as shotguns or rifles. I know I placed this thread in the shotgun section, but I'm looking for some advice based on something I might not know about. Is the price for Saiga's going up, pistols (probably 40S&W)? How about ammo? Anything else I should know about before I make my final decision?

    So, what say ye?

Get both, and for pistols, I think they can be as useful or fun when you're at the range hitting some steel targets.

For Saiga's, the price has tapered now, still a bit high, but look at Atlantic firearms, they have some pretty good prices (and I do believe they have a sticky on this forum for a group buy which i think is over, but you can see that you can get them for a fairly great deal.)

As for a pistol in a 40, it's up to you on which one feels good in your hands.

Handgun Ammo is always going to be a bit more expensive than shotgun obviously.

You already have a shotgun and a rifle. Get the pistol.

You can always get the saiga later.
