    Only used a 391 a few times as loaners at the club.

    If I recall, the button on the follower is pushed, pull back the bolt to unload the shell in the chamber, the second shell is now loaded, repeat.

    If there is only one shell in the chamber, push button and the bolt will remain open.


    If there is a way to unload the mag without chambering the round....I don't know it.

    Thats the best I can do for ya.

          Too bad, I'd rather be able to call myself an idiot and have my gun working. The magazine cut off was not the problem.
