Kel-Tec Shotgun (KSG)

Does anybody know if this new gun by Kel-Tec is going to be legal in CA? It has an 18.5 inch barrel and is 26.1 inch overall length. I saw it on the TV show Trigger (something or another). Holds up to 15 2 3/4 inch shells.

Yes it is. Most stores have been taking preorders but they are all ready sold out of there first allotments. Kel Tec says they are going to ship first batch tomorrow, but they would not tell me the distribution of that first wave. Hopefully my store is one of them.

The bigger question is, is the KSG vaporware, I have heard that it's shipping, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Really? Spoke with Rich @ Turners and he said they moved it to the first of the year...meh. I'll still be putting down on one, well, when they start taking orders again. sigh

Why would they block one of the magazine tubes? Two 7 round magazines does not equal one 14 round magazine. This is probably KSG thread #164 to go over this.

Thought retail is about $800? I wouldn't pay that much. I def want one though.

The kel tec website specifically mention gun broker as being an inaccurate and possibly fraudulent place to purchase a KSG .
