870 Police Reminton Jamming more than Bob Marley

870 Police Reminton Jamming more than Bob Marley. Brand new. I was trying to shot 7 rounds quickly. I am sure I am not short stroking it but the slide just keeps jamming. I call Rem and they can have an authorized store look at it or I can send it to the factory. I would rather fix it myself. Any ideas?

Take to Bolsa Gunsmithing. They will fix it under warranty. They fixed mine. Remington quality control is the worst. But, the 870 is a great gun once you get it working.

did you pour the correct amount of donuts crumbs and powdered sugar into the action? i find the shells cycle better with a light dusting of powdered sugar or creamer as well

Didnt U hear the Express, Police Model and Wingmaster ALL have the same Exact parts and are assembled on the Same assembly plant.

Clean it, use the steel wool technique, cycle 500 rounds through it like a normal person before you try to go for the gold again. Then you won't have an issue.

Skip the 500 rounds which will cost you about $135 not counting gas and range fees. Take it to Bolsa. Let them sort it out. They will bill Remington for their inability to mass produce a 60 year old gun that works.

Remington should feel the pain, not you. And, the president of Remington should be fired.

P.S. I am not a 870 hater. It is my favorite shotgun.
