Just get an over under with removable choke tubes, and put in rifled chokes. What you get is a Paradox concept with more versatility.

Yes. It's called a bore rifle not a shotgun and there were plenty of doubles (mostly sxs) made in that configuration in the late 1800s. They can still be found in shooting condition, but not cheap.

The problem with just plunking two rifled barrels (or chokes) in a double is that they won't regulate to the same point of impact unless they were built to do so.
