Yes you will need a new mag lock for after it's converted.

1. OC Armory in Laguna Hills makes and sells the saiga 12 BB.

2. If the gun doesn't cycle on cheap walmart ammo you can drill out the gas ports already in the barrel. I have a thread with a video in it which shows how to do it. Its very easy to do.

3. The saiga shoots very nicely, and you can use it for trap and skeet too. Not that its as good for those as an O/U, but they do work...straight out of the box.

You made a good purchase. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise as they just have siaga 12 envy

I know supporting Vendors of CGN is always recommened but you can't ever go wrong with CAROLINA SHOOTERS SUPPLY. They are the one stop shop for pretty much anything and all things SAIGA Decently price and outstanding customer service.

There's another site I haven't used but researched, Mississippi Auto Arms. I've looked them up online through forums and yelp and they seem to get a metric f#*@ ton of customer service complaints.

Oh yeah and if your a Saiga-12 forum member you get discounts at CSS!
