    Beretta 1201FP in CA?

I grew up in Los Angeles and joined the Marine Corps in 2000. Can this shotgun be sold in this forum? I don't want to break any rules so I want to ask before I post this for sale.

Shotgun is in 90% with only minor flaws. The 1201FP, intended for police and other such duties. The 1201 is extremely similar to the BenelliM1 Super 90 shotgun, and had the same recoil-operated semiautomatic action, developed and patented by Benelli. This shotty will shoot everything from bird loads to magnum OO buck and slugs.

    SPECS:

    Made in Italy
    Rifle Sights
    6 + 1 capacity in 2-34" shells
    5 + 1 capacity in 3" shells
    6.3 pounds (empty)
    Chrome-lined bore
    Synthetic stock and forearm
Action is identical to the Benelli Super 90 series

Yeah, looks good to me. The only problem would be if there was a folding stock with a pistol grip since it's semi-auto. You can check any shotgun's legality here. http://www.calguns.net/caawid/sgflowchart.pdf

Be sure to read the marketplace rules, and include your location and price and everything. Good luck with the sale!
