Saiga 410 Questions

Ok, bought a Saiga 410 for my wife. Have ordered the parts I think I need to convert it. My questions are, What bolt hold open does it use? (Saiga 12 or AK). What ammo can the stock mag use. and what works in the aftermarket 10 round mags.

And any other help you can thank of I am all ears.. Thanks

Only the stock mag will take the 3 inch stuff, aftermarket mags will only take the smaller stuff as of yet, that may change.

don't know about the bolt hold open.

These came with two different size magazines, so it depends on which magazine you have. It will be marked either 410 X 76 or 410 X 65. The 76 is a 3" mag. The aftermarket surefire magazines I have are all 3". The internal part like the bolt hold open are all based on the rifle, not the S12

The mags I ordered say 3" so I should be good there. Has anyone had luck firing 2 1/2 in the 3" mags?
