Saiga 12 near Lancaster, Ca

I am looking for a shop near Lancaster/ Palmdale that sells/ stocks Saigas. I know I will have to drive a bit but Costa Mesa is quite a drive and I am willing to do it if nothing is closer. Just trying to save as much $$$ on gas for the conversion.

just order one online. there are still places in san diego selling them for 1000 bucks. lol forget that

hopefully you have an ffl closeby that charges reasonable prices for that transfer.

ditto on what fishboy mentioned, it just makes sense to pony up the FFL fee than to drive somewhere and spend the same amount, or get charged the same amount in tax.

If you look in the commercial forums or around the net (i.e. google) you should find a online retailer willing to sell and ship to the republic

Thanks guys for the replies! I found one today at a pawn shop in Palmdale going for $950!!!! Even if I I paid their outrageous $125 transfer/dros fee I would still come out on top with a $699 saiga 12.

If you look, you should be able to find $25 DROS + $25 Transfer fees with a home FFL. Order it from PFI and you are way ahead.

No Sir.. I thought the same thing but the Manager said its a new service and they will order pretty much anything available INCLUDING items they do not stock.

No go on Big 5. I was in there today trying to get a Mosin and I asked about transfers, they said if its person to person its cool but they wont order anything that they don't already carry.

@ Firearmspro I'm glad i found a vendor for a Saiga, now I just need the 16th to hurry up so my commission check rolls in for an early Christmas present to me!
