Does anyone know the minimum barrel length that a shotgun needs to have in ca to be legal?

Does anyone know the max number of rounds it can have?

I looked on the doj website, I couldn't find the info. There was something that said "consult with an attorney". I think with the part of the rossie act thrown out, they took that part down.
