Favorite Stock and pistol grip for Saiga 12

Looking to convert a Saiga 12 and not sure what to get for the stock and grip. Hard to know without actually handling the different types.

All I know is that in the stock 'Sporter' configuration the stock was way too short. (Is that what they call the LOP or lenght of pull?)

When you have it "restored" you can put an ar style adjustable on it but it must be pinned once you decide on length.

Oh, so the adjustable stock must not be adjustable? Is that Kalifornia only? You see youtube videos with people adjusting the stock on the fly. But then again, you also see full autos on youtube.
