Stoeger, CZ and Baikal (Remington Spartan or EAA/USSG) coach guns, which I am most familiar with, are all fixed choke, one barrel Improved Cylinder and the other Modified. Not sure what else is out there at present but I'd wager in a coach gun that's what you'll get. Rossi's discontinued Overland model was also IC/M. Full choke on a coach gun would run kind of counter to the historical conception of those guns. You might be able to special order one that way... the old concept of if you have enough money you can get anything you want is usually always in play to some degree.

I know Remington does not offer anything from the factory shorter than 20 or 21 inches (IIRC) with choke tubes. The shortest I see in Mossberg's catalog that accepts tubes is 20 inches.

If you want internal choke tubes in an 18.5 inch barrel, and personally I would not, you may be limited to sending a barrel out and having it threaded.

I think Remington actually does make a 18.5" with the Rem-Choke threads. It's their tactical 870 models, which have the door breaching joke *ahem* choke, which is just an extended cylinder choke.

I stand corrected... was thinking solely of after sale barrels. That model doesn't usually enter my thinking because that thing hanging off the front end is indeed pretty much a joke and largely just for cosmetics, IMO.

If memory serves that specific barrel is not available individually, but only on that specific model.

The Stoeger Coach Gun Supreme models come with removable chokes.

Stoeger Coach Gun. I actually plan on buying one of these myself. very nice gun and it meets all of the criteria you are looking for. Price is about $400....a little more or less depending on the options you select.
