Any pointers on where to buy one immediately? Lead time on website is apparently 3-5 weeks.

Yes. The Loctite on the mag threads will need to be heated to release. Do not use a torch!
Heat the receiver for a while first, then the tube. This will allow the receiver to expand a little, helping to unscrew the mag tube.

And when it's hot enough, it'll be easy to twist-don't force it. It may cool enough to lock down before you get it off, so repeat the process. Most importantly, be patient.

Mag tube, follower and hammer (from Carrier Comp/Geisel). Could also do hand guards from Freedom Fighter. All are reasonably easy...although getting my tube off gave me fits. Seems that a crazy amount of Loc Tite was used on mine.

3 to 5 weeks . Oh well, gives one time to install the hammer.

I went the mag/follower/mesa urbino route.

Hammer, mag and follower. Trying to keep it stock, except for those that NEED to know.
