1. Whats the difference between a ca and non ca legal (in terms of features and function)
2. What are the magazine restrictions(capacity and detachable or no)
3.Rules on stocks and pistol grips?

1. Whats the difference between a ca and non ca legal (in terms of features and function)

Nothing, they are all illegal as imported. They must have a mag lock installed to comply with CA regs
2. What are the magazine restrictions(capacity and detachable or no)

There is no mag restriction other then obtaining 10+ round mags. All semi auto detachable mag shoutguns are banned by feature
