    Having a hard time deciding

I'm torn between two shotguns. I'd be interested if any of you have experience or stories about either gun?

Browning Silver Hunter Micro Midas and Winchester Super X3 Compact Field

They're both identical in barrel, lop and virtually every other measurement. The Winchester is a small bit lighter but that's the only significant difference I can find on paper. They're even about the same price point.

Just FYI, but browning is part of the FN brand, which is a sister company to Winchester too. Now i don't have any experience with the silver hunter micro, but just looking at it, the only difference between the two is how the receivers look (winchester has a smooth round edge while browning has an angle at where the stock and the receiver meet) ,

I'm pretty sure the mechanics and components are practially one in the same since they all (meaning FN, Winchester and Browning) are related and part of the same company.

If anything it'll come down to how you feel with the gun and preference.

The Browning seems more "polished" but i can tell you, I own two Winchester SX3's and they've been nothing but super reliable and great. Super fast too, since part of the reason I got the gun was that it was light and Patrick Flanigan showed off his quick trigger skills and the SX3 just shot without any hiccups in a quick time.

Too bad that you're in the Northbay, If you were here in Socal/LA i'd let you shoot my sx3. If you have any other questions , just pm me and I can help try to answer whatever you ask!

    Hope that helped!
