www.davesmetalworks.com 626 859-0299. If you have a tactical model you won't need a nut if you have a field model order a nut too. I think all tubes come with a spring and follower, but you'll have to check. Also I recommend the speed bar for easy release of the bolt.I move slow but I make up for it by shooting poorly.
When I hit the lotto I'm only shooting factory. -

Have you considered what are the Federal non-sporting shotgun the 922(r) considerations for the M2? Just want to be sure you're aware there are restrictions that could run afoul of the ATF.

Do you have a pistol grip on your M2? If so, you need to read this.

Thank you for that link! I've asked that question three or four times on various sites, including this one, and never got more than a "it violates 992r" as a response. All the details given in that thread make me want to sell my Benelli extention, buy a US made one and a SureFire forearm for my M1 and finally get those last two rounds <insert dramatic music> that I so desperately need! </end dramatic music>Do you have a pistol grip on your M2? I love to do that, but it can't be worth the cost unless I could really get $150-300 for the Benelli extension as stated in the that thread, which I kinda doubt.Comment

They were definitely selling on eBay for about $200 before they stopped selling them.Thank you for that link! You'll want to get a letter from the ATF for yourself as far as parts counts. I've seen 11, 13 and 15 for the M4.
How old is your M1? You might be exempt if you're before the 922r deadline.

Hmmm, I'll have to check current prices on eBay then. I'm putting a number of things up for sale after today's lunchtime credit card workout.
I got my M1 in 1999 or 2000 I think, so there's no way that it was sitting there for 10 years. I kicked myself for getting the one I did(5 round mag, rifle sights, P grip) as a week before I had seen a fully loaded M1 at Turners with long mag tube, ghost rings, P grip and swappable choke tubes for like $900. I got mine for $700 or $750 and was pleased until I found out it was illegal to install the mag extender. DOH!!! It totally would have been worth the extra cash for the loaded model!Comment

Please don't write a letter to the ATF unless you want a personalized letter that restricts you and only you. Instead, spend your time searching US law or the ATF website for a publically published, legal definition of what constitutes 'sporting criteria'.
Once you find nothing, if you still feel like writing a letter, write one to Benelli and ask why they continue to promote their shotguns on the website, in print and TV ads and at shows across this country with their sponsored shooters Tom Knapp and Tim Bradley using such 'illegally' configured shotguns.Comment

The answers here seem to change every week. I can't keep up. I have a surefire forend and a full size tube that are sitting around cause it kept changing. I was starting to think about sending a letter to the ATF, but now...Please don't write a letter to the ATF unless you want a personalized letter that restricts you and only you. I don't know what to think, AGAIN.
