Reloading for the 16 Gauge

I just recently purchased 500 Federal once shot hulls, now people are posting about the dangers of the paper basewad comming out and lodging in the barrel...great!

I just purchased 5 bags of BP 16 gauge sporting wads. Anyone use these for 1 ounce loads? I'm looking for a load without fillers/cards, having one heck of a time.

Going to be shooting these out of my Sweet 16, going to be difficult to check the barrel for clearance after each shot...anyone want to trade for a comparable 16 gauge O/U?
